If you recall the two coaches that preceded Fisher were first time head coaches. So SK wanted to go a different route.
That is a FACT.Secondly I posted endlessly prior to Fisher being hired that after Heimerdinger left Fisher in Tenny, Jeff was ALL over the place at OC.
I even posted about what took place when he hired Norm Chow who's philosophy was totally divergent to Fishers.
Jeff Fisher is/was exactly what I thought he was, a rudderless ship on offense.
Even with a good qb and a good o-line, the best Jeff Fisher could do was one trip to a SB the result of arguably an illegal play.
