I agree with Colin regarding his comments that people are hedging on the Rams because of Goff and they are “the Rams”. And that people have been too quick to anoint Philly despite the lack of quality wins.
When the Rams beat up lesser opponents we get the old .... “yeah but”. But the Eagles do it and we get the old “oh this is the 99 Rams”.
The teams are nearly mirror images statistically.
Colin is right that people are dismissing the Rams

Those weren't the only big plays Wentz missed last night...he had another wide open WR that would have gone for an easy TD but he badly under threw it and the WR had to adjust and come back for it and fell down....it was still a big gain, but it could have easily been a TD.
Wentz is the more athletic and has the cannon arm, but I'd say Goff is more accurate and is starting to look like the more polished QB and stays in the pocket.
Both are the future stars of the NFL, but I think Goff will have the better career when all is said and done IMO.
