He just saw a fine and very disciplined playoff level defense in a hostile environment last Sunday. Now he's got the Saints (and caught a break with their CBs out) as well as the Eagles and @ Seahawks looming ahead.
So IF this team makes it into the playoffs he will likely have logged key games against the main teams in the field. That is a really good thing for him and might prove crucial in his development, where maybe he avoids what just happened in Minnesota in that sudden death format.
I'm really looking forward to not only this game, but also those other two games. IMO for a young QB they're going to be immensely valuable.
