I've been thinking the same thing. Did the Rams wait for, what seems like forever, to finally land a "#1" WR, just to waste the opportunity? If the second half of the season is even close to what the 1st half has been for Watkins....., how in the world could they possibly justify signing him to the $$$ his agent will demand???
And again, what a wasted opportunity that would be.
