I am just hoping that the Son of Bum can instill more discipline in the team than GW did. Also am not sure if Wade has the eye for talent that GW had. Say what you will about the offensive players drafted, the Rams were very proficient in scouting and drafting very good players on defense. JJenks, TruJo, McDestoyer, AO (who was pretty good in the previous scheme), traded for Barron who isn't looking good now but looked good in GW's 4-3. From what I recall of Wade he is great at taking over a situation and getting vets to buy in, reach new heights but I can't recall much about him having a good eye for talent. Maybe he does but I can't recall that being said about him.
