You have to assume that some other team is stupid enough to give him the money he wants to make him happy and extend his contract. Provided, that gets done (contract of 4+ years) he is worth two first round picks and another pick (which would depend on how higher in each round they are picking). If the team they are trading to is picking at the beginning of the round....then the third pick can be a fourth rounder. If it turns out the Rams first round picks project to be near the middle or end of the round, then the third pick needs to be a second or third rounder.
