....and what he is worth are likely 2 very different things. IMHO, he's worth at least a high #1, and a high #2, plus a starting caliber veteran OLineman. Probably a bit more. Not that the Rams would get that, because the man is holding out with 2 years to go on a current and valid contract.
However, if I was in Stan's shoes, and wanted to trade him, I'd target the Browns. They have the extra picks, and probably a very strong desire to keep him out of Pittsburgh.
