I caught Vinny B on my way in to LA this morning. Without citing any sources, he believes that Donald will report in time to be active for the 1st game.
He further felt that Donald will take the Rams offer that's currently on the table which should make him the highest paid defender in the league. He believes that Donald will forgo some of the other stuff (unspecified) that he wants because he doesn't have the leverage of having other teams bidding for him.
Again, Vinny provided no sourcing for his beliefs.
Both Rams and Donald camp have done a good job of keeping negotiations out of the media.
