I really want to believe. I have so many years invested into this team.
I was born in 1968 and my first memories of this team include James Harris at QB and then Pat Haden.
I became a bigtime fan during the late 70's when I was growing up just outside LA-LA land in Simi Valley, CA.
Since graduating high school I have lived all over the US and even outside of the country for a short while. I stayed loyal when the team went from LA to Anaheim, Anaheim to STL and then back to LA again.
I know it's not factual, but I really do feel like the organization owes me, and so many others, a winning football team. I think I've got this year and next year in me to see if they can turn it around. After that, I really do think it may be possible to jump ship. Not that I want to.
I'm just hoping the years of agony will make the happiness of a winning team all that much sweeter if they do turn this team into a winner again.
