I love AD's game, and I usually side with the player (because I want them to be on the field). However, the Rams hold all of the leverage. I hate to say this, but let him sit. If he tries to come back for the final 8 games to accrue a year towards FA then suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team...rinse and repeat. AD is special, but he's not bigger than the team.
