Vinny B. was answering a few questions and the interviewer asked him if the offer was a fair offer from the Rams. He said it was VERY FAIR for a player whohas 2 years left on his rookie contract.
No offense, but I don't take Vinny's word as gospel. I doubt that he has concrete information on the Rams' contract offer otherwise he would have published it. Sounds like he is making an assumption and stating it as fact.
