It sure looks like they have learned from the 5 year Fisher disaster with full control/final say on personnel moves.

I just love that the Rams finally have a head coach that really seems to get offense and understands what he wants and needs to score points. I just hope he has the right QB. If Goff proves to be just average it may be enough to win in the future with the right pieces around him. Still worried about the OL this season but we know they won't neglect it going forward and it will get better.
Have to say I'm on the McVay bandwagon with everyone else. I love offensive minded coaches. Really hoping he has success in LA.
