Prisco was on Goff bandwagon before draft. He said Goff was better than Wentz. Not sure what weight that carries. Maybe none.
One thing has been consistent in these reports, Goff looks better than Mannion this year, and he is clearly better than what he looked like last year.
It's tough listening to the ESPNLA guys, all they do is bash Goff. You'd think they were a SF station.
Saturday will be a nice test for Goff, finally get to see him in situation where he can show how much he's improved. Vanilla defense for most part from Dallas.
My view is that this year Goff should be as good as Wentz was last year at the same age. Goff needs to show he's not totally lost and make some splash plays and not turn the ball over so much. I'm satisfied if he starts all 16 games and has a QB rating around 80.
