I think Cossell took analyzing Goff out of context.
I think Cossell could have acknowledged that the team around Goff was atrocious and in a death spiral by the time Goff got the gig...it would have helped his analysis.
Goff was far from perfect, but I'll take McVay's analysis about Jared's toughness in the pocket over Greg Cossell's every day and twice on Sunday's...
Does he know who his left tackle was last year? Center? OC? I don't think there was a QB in the league last year that took more hits then Goff and he only played seven games
Goff didn't exactly have the team and coaches around him that Dak had...
