Think they want 18 for sure. But the players will push for NBA type contracts and the owners will never agree to that imo.
Look at the massive guaranteed contracts where guys who go 8ppg 5 rpg and 1 block shot make 16 /20 million a year.
While Beckham thinks he deserves QB+ money ,with a 53 man roster at least 3/4/5 mid level players would need to be
cut to fit that contract in with the salary cap. Could see a work stoppage when the next CBA comes due.
