GRob must haver really shaken Snead's confidence in picking players at the top of the first round.

Remember Snead said he told McVay that trading down was a good thing at the top of the 2nd round so thats why they moved down to pick up the extra 3rd rounder. Now we hear Snead say he loves 2nd and 3rd rounders more than high first rounders.

Between GRob, Austin, Gurley, and now Goff, Snead must hate being on the hot seat for those top 10 picks if they fail.
