I like the way McVay handles the same question: (1) can make all the throws (2) has want you want above the neck (3) showed some poise in the pocket (4) reacted the right way after last years season didn't go the way he wanted but didn't point fingers i.e., he owned it and then tempers it with - the real test will be when bullets are flying for real.
