they all, (front office and coaches), wanted a QB. They all agreed that what they gave up was necessary to acquire a QB. They disagreed on exactly which QB it should be. They all got behind the QB eventually decided on. They all, (even with coaching changes) remain high on Goff today. They all think he's perhaps not coming along as quickly as he should even with 'youth' factored in. They are all aware their wagon is hitched and are attempting to get the extra horses they need to help those in place.
