The question was...why was it justice that Fisher was canned after conducting 4+ seasons of losing Rams football,
but nevertheless proper that Kevin TheLittlePischer Demoff can serve up steaming cowpies for 8+ seasons and still be flying the airplane today??!!
Curious minds want to know.
Hate to break it to you but Demoff pretty much has a job for life with the Rams. He was the point man in getting the Rams back to LA and SK knows how important he is to him.
Btw, his only hire as COO was Jeff Fisher, who by the way was the most sought after HC candidate out there at the time and 99.999% of the Rams fans celebrated that hire.
Fisher quickly turned a laughing stock talentless team into a competitive team with lots of young talent, just couldn't get over the hump. Fisher was also hired in part becuse of his experience in moving a franchise, barring complete disaster he was going to make it through the "move" unfortunately for him disaster struck and he was fired before the first season back in LA was over.
I don't think anybody here right now is crying about Demoff hiring McVay right now, so let's just see what happens.... I think he hit a home run with that hire, but we will see.
