Usually my views vis a vis Los Ramos are very congruent with Rams43 opinions......BUT,
on Kevin Demoff as NFL best or near-best Cap Manager....
we have to part ways.
There is a wide old adage:
"There is no substitute for experience!"
Kevin TheLittlePischer Demoff never paid his dues to reach the NFL Executive Suite IMO.
One season as an Arena League chair-stacker does NOT a great NFL Football Genius make IMHO.
Kevin Demoff's dad, the Super Agent Marvin InLikeFlint Demoff got his son a BackStage Pass into the lofty heights of NFL Chief Executive.
Don't get me wrong, Kevin Demoff has talents.....glib speaker, believable liar, wry sense of humour, political survivor.....he reminds me of the Tim Robbins character in movie, "The Player". Limited technical skillset camouflaged by the survival instincts (& morals) of an alley cat.
But enough of my opinions, let's look at how the NFL's best Salary Cap Manager has performed:
Lance StoneHands Kendricks....grossly overpaid in his second contract
Robert ShadowOfFormerSelf Quinn....overpaid
Tavon GoGoGadget Austin.....grossly overpaid
Trumaine MidasTouch Johnson....ridiculously overpaid
Aaron BestOfTheBest Donald.....grossly UNDERPAID
Mark GW'sHybridPet Barron.....overpaid
Rodger RaidahReject Saffold....overpaid
Let our second best defender, CB Janoris Jenkins escape to New York
Let our best safetyman, Rodney NoRespect McLeod also leave us with untesteds Cody STer Davis & Mo TheThumper Alexander as replacements....how'd that work out huh?
Beyond the above Los Ramos Roster f***-up$.....
...how's that "W-L Thingy" going for Kevin since he signed on with Kroenke in 2009 huh??!!
ANSWER: Not too f****** good!!!
This KD guy has ZERO WINNING SEASONS IN 8 TRIES AS A CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF A NFL FRANCHISE....
Yet The Little Pischer survives!
We scoffed at Jeff Ol'Leatherhead Fisher's remarkable surviveability right??? BUT AT LEAST FISH HAD SOME WINNING SEASONS SPRINKLED IN EH!!! MOREOVER, JEFF FISHER POSTED MORE WINS THAN LOSSES IN HIS CAREER!!
YET FISHER IS THE BUM....AND KD IS STILL THE GUY IN CHARGE.

The Little Pischer f**** up......and loyal Rams fans suffer watching that product he trots out onto the field every season since he got here!
All this "culture" talk is b*******.
Everything starts at the top. ie. you need strong leadership to succeed in a hyper-competitive sector like the NFL.
New England has that. Pittsburgh has that.
