Some people recover and are 100%, but it's rare for athletes. Usually there is some type of drop off in ability related to range of motion or strength. With Quinn we just don't know what that level is yet. Last year he was playing OK, not great and not mediocre, before he got injured. I think we will find out well before the halfway point of this year what he is going to be.
I don't expect a season like he had when he forced fumbles like crazy and got 19 sacks. We will see what we get though.
They have a year with him. He can go or he can't. If he can n.p. If he can't then they replace him.
