He couches it with the usual "they're still in shorts" caveats, but Vinny say Goff has looked really good so far. He has actually DMed me to emphasis how good Goff has looked. He has been watching Goff in all the OTA's that are available to the media so his view carries weight with me.
Keep in mind that Vinny was on the Wentz side before the draft, so it would be normal for him to be more guarded about Goff now as the other Wentz media guys are.
