but I'm from Tranquillity... maybe 800 people... and I do not, never did, relate to LA in a 'community' sense.. name-wise YES, I did. When I started rooting for the Rams LA, to me, was as distant as Paris... I had no connection whatsoever. I was 10, cut me some slack. 
Rams won in 2000... and as Waterfield likes to point out we won the NFL Championship in 51'... I don't remember it, I was 3... but I take pride in it, and God bless Waterfield for not letting us forget.
NOT saying here that being a "City" or "Geographic" fan is in any way "BAD"... it isn't... part of me envies that ability, (I'll never possess it). So do not take this wrong.. GREAT for St. Louis, GREAT for LA should it happen... but for me:
