to say that they're worried about the image of the team more than the wins Max. If there's any place where a franchise knows it has to win it's LA. You can work the franchise all you want to bring in former greats, or Hollywood personalities on the sideline, etc, but they know that wins are going to be required.
And if you step back and look at things I think they've done a pretty good job of bringing in a staff who can get Goff on track. Some fans don't like Jared, some will never really give the guy a chance, but whatever one's opinion on him he has talent and now has a staff to set him up for success.
Even on defense things look like an upgrade at the staff level. So the way I look at it they replaced a staff who had no chance to field a good offense and replaced it with a staff who is up to snuff on offense and better than the previous one on defense as well. The coaching staff upgrade was brilliantly done and while I don't know how long it will take to translate into wins I am very comfortable with the team's direction.
