An obnoxious Titan fan behind me chirping in my ear about the great comeback -- he was right too. Up by 16 and dominating in every way except the score, the Rams were blowing it again. They couldn't get a first down in the 4th Quarter and the game was just tied. Momentum had shifted. My heart was in my stomach. I couldn't believe that we were going to lose to the Titans again . . .
Then, an arching rainbow which was coming my way as I sat in the upper deck of the Georgia Dome as a 29 year old kid whose every dream from the time he was 5 years old was hanging up in the air with that ball and then . .. .the catch.
I screamed so loud, for so long, that i literally just about passed out. I was seeing stars still when we kicked off to the Titans. Nothing - I mean nothing - compared to that moment and I have wigged out plenty during even meaningless games.
