I was watching some highlight real on Draft day and it was overlaid with some pretty heavy rap.
I actually like some rap and hip-hop, but I was watching football, not writing a blog post needing jazzing up.
Then I got to think. Who are these highlight reels aimed at?
Well they're not aimed at kids and their peers who may very well love the music and think it's cool.
Surely they are hoping some scouts or people with influence will see them and want to drill further down.
My guess is the average NFL scout isn't into NWA or Tupac.
So if they're really trying to sell themselves maybe they should overlay some Celine Dion, Maroon 5 or Kenny G.
