that's a tough one for me.. perhaps easier for RFIP and others, admittedly.
Anticipating, IMHO, brings into play the caliber of WR's a QB is working with... to a VERY large extent that is. And not just 'caliber' of WR talent... but experience with them as well. I don't know how they compare in the latter regard.
