I've always felt that it is a mental issue with him. He has all the physical talent in the world.
Is it lack of discipline? Doesn't like football that well? No focus? Immaturity? Not enough mental horsepower to do the job? Can't translate the practice field to the game?
I just don't know.
But certainly the pressure on him is far less on the Right side.
But even more, with a new coaching staff he gets a fresh start.
Don't know if it will matter. Hoping it does. Doesn't seem like a bad guy at all.
