But yes, McVay's overall vibe is refreshing.
And for some of us.... you can add about the same amount of excitement with Spagnuolo & Fisher. The thing about McVay that appears to be different on the surface, is he gives the feeling of a full fledged modern day NFL mind that would acclimate & change things vs being stuck in his set ways when things don't work out as planned.
Just thinking out loud and obviously I'm going on personal instincts but McVay's youth, personality and background in coaching show some signs that he's got a chance to succeed if the Rams can add some more quality talent and he's able to develop that raw QB from California that he's stuck with
