His first speech said it all for me......His moniker was..."It's not ME, It's WE". Tell's me one thing about the man. The guy gets it. He knows it's everyone working together for a common goal.

Assertive...........Because he's not afraid to put it in to action. He's not afraid to say and do what he believes in. It's not some phony speech, just lip service. He's genuine with his thoughts and treats people with respect.
