I agree with your cuts except for Cody Davis (doesn't cost a lot and an excellent ST player) and, for now, Kendricks.
There are a lot of RBs on the market and it's a good draft class but Cunningham is a top 5-6 KOR in this league and I would bet Fassel is pushing to keep him.
Totally agree with Garcon as the #1 FA target. He's a slight upgrade over Britt but also brings knowledge of McVay's offense plus much more smarts and leadership than Britt. At OG I'd go for Leary, Warford or even Zeitler. I worry Lang is starting to break down. A quality veteran OG signing could have a great impact like Timmerman did in '99. Beyond re-signing their guys and getting Garcon and an OG I'd sit back the first two weeks of free agency and then see what you can find.
In the Draft I wouldn't trade down because I think a top 25-30 player at CB, WR or DE will be there at #37. I think that's worth more than an extra mid-3rd. Really like the C Elflein and S Johnson too.

Cutting Kendricks was a tough call. I wouldn’t do it if we’re not signing a vet TE to replace him. Goff needs a couple of reliable weapons now. Kendricks isn’t reliable and I question whether Higs or Hemingway are ready to be consistent now too. For me, this move is about making sure Goff doesn’t get ruined.
I have nothing against Cody Davis. It’s just that nearly $2 mil. is a lot for a ST player.
I’d be all in on Leary, Warford, or Zeitler. Although I’ve seen Zeitler projected at a $12 mil. cost. That’s pretty steep. The main thing is, we need a good veteran OG. I agree that signing one could have a Timmerman like impact.
Trading down in the draft is another tough call. Ultimately, I projected that because of the super quality and depth at the CB position. Some are projecting near 1st round talent into the late 2nd round. WR seems to be pretty deep too. If I didn’t pick up an extra 3rd or 4th, I’d probably skip drafting a Center. Personally I’m fine with Barnes another year.
Do you feel the need for a DE is still acute with us switching to a 3-4?
