Sounds like Goff, at least, wants to improve and is willing to work on off-days. Considering how poor the Rams WRs have been under Fisher, this doesn't exactly reflect well on them.

Certainly one big takeaway is that Goff showed effort in wanting to improve. That's the most important thing I got out of it cause that's looking forward.

The other stuff reflects most poorly on the coaches and WRs.

Cole chronically takes jabs at Goff, but in this case he inadvertently made Goff look good by mistake.

Cole wanted to paint a picture of WRs dismissing Goff cause they didn't respect him, but blowing off extra work was a poor way to show it.
