Yeah it was 11 TDs that year- 8 by the defense and 3 on KOR/punt returns. That defense also had 29 INTs and 57 sacks (tied with '85 for team record).
The '99 Rams offense scored 55 TDs from scrimmage plus 20 FGs. But in 2000 they scored 63 TDs and 24 FGs (against a 1st place schedule). And in 2001 57 TDs and 23 FGs. Ranking those Rams' offenses I'd say 2000, 2001, then 1999.
