Anyway on the 99 Rams. Actually they were the 1st in total time of possession and 3rd highest in time per average drive that year. The D was on the field for the third least amount of any team. The D contributed to this---they were 10th in 3rd down percentage allowed and 2nd in INTs.

Next, I intend to disprove your wild assertion that Kurt Warner over-inflated the footballs.
