We know rent is one dollar.
But what about revenue streams?
We know Spanos gets to keep sponsorship dollars and luxury suite dollars.
But what about concessions and parking? My guess is that's going to Kroenke not Spanos otherwise why would he have given in the the NFL's demand that he let another team move in?
The way this whole thing went down is really poor. The NFL has just proven that they are greedier than anyone thought imaginable. A lot of people got turned off by how they did this move, and I know Jerry Jones "you did it for the money" remark did not go over well with many fans.
Between this, rules being added or changed that make no sense, poor officiating, high prices games that take too long because of non stop commercial breaks and a few other things the NFL is hurting itself. They better wake up or it will continue to slow growth and lose viewers. I know a couple of people that are partially tuning out to the NFL season.
