Obviously, those were some of my criticisms of Fisher over the last 3+ years. So hopefully, this new staff of coaches, who have yet to be named can fix those things. But I don't know enough about Sean McVay, and as yet who he will have to come in and help him make those changes.
Firing Fisher was only the first step... one that was way too long in coming.
