The Roster talent is better than results these past years. It really is hard to evaluate when the offensive coaching staff was so bad.
These offensive players have physical ability. They just are so lacking in fundamentals and are never prepared. They basically ran 6 plays for the past 2 years.

Coaching can make below average players serviceable, average players good, and good players great.
