I'm not going to predict the record, but there will be a complete turnaround. McVay will identify the problems with the offense and fix them using players already on the roster, free agents, and draft picks. Phillips will make the defense more consistent and better. The IQ of this team will go from about 70 to well over 100. No more stupid penalties. Offense killers like Greg Robinson will be gone.
