Look at it this way there has never been a guy like this that I know of so track record is not something we can point too.

He has some intangibles and he'll have some real support.

Besides what do we care after 5 years of Fisher and 3 of Spags do I need to go back and look for a guy that comes close to McVay who did better at his next job. Weren't the Rams Fishers next Job after Titans and 16 years of experience?
