Well, ol' Vance, as you know, was a defensive coordinator. Just guessing here ... but, now that he's a head coach, he probably wants to do things his way on that side of the football.

Besides ... please provide me a list of the number of offensive and defensive COORDINATORS any NEW HEAD COACH with ANY TEAM in RECENT HISTORY has retained.

You know it doesn't work that way.

Head coach goes? Almost 100 percent of the time ... his coordinators are out the door, too. Either the day that coach is fired or retires ... or after the season.
