Seems obvious the Rams top target now is Payton and that they're going to make these decisions without hiring somebody who knows what he's doing to make these decisions.

I'm actually fine with going with Payton. I would prefer him to Shananan or McDaniels or most of the other names that have been floating around out there. But, I don't like giving up draft picks to get him and I don't want Demoff and Kroenke making the decision.
