Sorry, I watched those guys play, sometimes live. They were not much more than average. And making 1 pro bowl is not a hallmark of a great QB.
As far as RG3 - letting him flop around with a broken knee wasn't his fault?
Ok. Just to recap. You're backing off your claims that...
Mike didn't do Jack without Elway.
Mike didn't develop Elway.
And changing your claim that "Griese and Plummer were not good" to "Griese and Plummer were not great" and stating that your evidence is that you have watched them play (sometimes live) and the fact that they only made it to pro bowl as first team all pro once in their careers.
My response to that is that they weren't great QB's. I never said they were great QB's.
Point with Griese was that Mike found a QB in the third round help him make the pro bowl as first team all pro and have a decent career.
Point with Plummer was that Mike signed a below average QB from another team and helped him make the pro bowl as first team all pro and have a decent career with Denver.
And you expand on your claim that Mike ruined RG3 by letting him play four downs with an injured knee.
My response to that is that RG3's injured knee didn't ruin RG3. Many players come back from injury. RG3 was fine physically after the injury. What ruined RG3 was RG3. And Mike claims that a "high ranking medical staff" cleared RG3 to play that day. I referenced an article on the story for you to reference.

We're all guessing here, and you balked at my guess for Rams next HC. I'm curious to see which directions do you think the Rams should go.
