We saw it after the Super Bowl and ever since. I agree with the concept of Kroenke hiring a real football guy to replace Demoff who he can reassign. The Rams need a stronger foundation. Not just coach, but GM and whoever the GMs boss is. Clear decision-maker. Clear coach. Everybody has there roles. When everyone's fingers are in everyone else business and none are brilliant football people, like Belicheck, Cowher and such the lines are blurred, the roles are unclear and the team will stink.
