Unanimous choice for me..

Would really like to see Kroenke bring in a proven winning football GM/Exec in first to lead in that hiring process for their head coach.

I think its ridiculous that Kroenke and Demoff are the ones going out setting up interviews for the Rams head coaching position again. Demoff was a big part of the Fisher hiring. How did that work out?

I know they haven't had any great success yet here in NJ, but I liked that Woody Johnson at least hired a consultant (Charlie Casserly) to lead in the Jets search for a GM, who in turn hired the head coach. Time will tell how that works out. Not having a QB is rough for them.

I`m leaning more and more to the Rams hiring (at least as a consultant) a Wolf or Polian ASAP and let them at least help take part in the new GM and head coach search.
