I agree about college coaches. I'd want someone with NFL experience.
That being said, I like:
1) Standford Head Coach David Shaw. He's killing it in Stanford but was bred in the NFL. I hear he'd be a hard get but maybe it's time for him to make the jump back.
2) Tampa Bay DCoordinator Mike Smith. He head coached Atlanta to winning seasons until injuries hit.
3) Arizona OCoordinator Howard Goodwin. He has Oline and OCoordinator experience, a Rams' team weakness, and extra points for stealing him from a division rival.
4) Atlanta OCoordinator Kyle Shanahan. Good roots and one of the top offenses in the NFL today, even though Oline is a weakness. I'd have to learn if Gurley is a fit for one cut and go running style of this offense, though.
5) I'm always going to be down for Mike Martz.
