Secondly, Kroenke doesn't open up his bottomless pockets to other people to access. He keeps his overhead as low as he can. That is how he makes money: keep expenses low, and revenue high. That is how it works.

There is no cap when it comes to coaches.... Stan payed top dollar for the hottest coach on the market when he hired Fisher he wasn't shy to let Fisher hire who ever he needed as assistant coaches...He is also going to be building a state of the art practice facility to go along with the most expensive stadium in the world...he won't bat an eye at spending money to get this team where it needs to be.... This will be a very attractive job for any coach.
