Our current core group of players - may NOT be core to the new HC/staff coming in....

Frankly, the new staff may not even like our core players for their new schemes....
and may choose cut bait with those players before 2-3yrs. Which means even more player acqusition and with
7-8 draft picks per year IF they all made the team and were quality starters we'd get 25 new players in 3years_half a rosters worth.
But that means hitting on most draftees....bigly.
I'm not a fan of these 2-3yr "in-between" periods that teams endure...and that our Rams have been thru more often than most.
We're only had to fix 1/3 of our team(offense)...
now, we have to fix ALL aspects of it due to players that may not fit the new ideas and schemes of the new HC & staff.
As a fan, it's time to hibernate.
