Team remakes take time and that depends on who we get as HC and staff...
and then the new personnel to fit those new schemes.
Remember, things could get worse...were we the losing-est team in NFL history for the 5yrs before Fisher came.
(In the 90s we were the losing-est team or 2nd to Bengals iirc)...
