I see this much the same way. They have more holes on the roster than they should have right now. But it's not a depleted or bare roster (like Fisher took over in 2012) by any means. Accountability and discipline are the key words. They don't need a Tom Coughlin type but they do need more of both those things... That to me seems missing. And maybe, just maybe, the team will wake up a bit the last three games. They should. Clearly many players will realize their futures in LA are on the line too.
The 'Hollywood & Football' show needs to go away... Anything like that does. Plenty of ways to build the Rams brand without that kind of distraction. Maybe Hard Knocks wasn't good for the team either.
