I think it's kinda like DV in '98.....where they bring in a new OC and some talent and become more successful.
Turner? Roman?, etc.....Martz?(please, please, please)

I love our defense and STs and think that they play aggressive football.
We just have an offense that does NOT play as aggressively. imo
If we just get better Xs & Os from our OC...I think we'd be fine. We need a vet OC for our OC and playcalling.
We need an identity for the offense as an aggressive passing and running team.

I think Stan will give Fish 2/3yr deal to see. Stan lasted this long with Fisher cuz there was always the more to this hire...
ie the move to LA....and it will be rewarded, I think. Stan & Fisher have an agreement, maybe a handshake or maybe even a signed contract and both could care less what the press and everyone is saying....I think that is telling.

Fisher doesn't act like an HC that is gonna get canned. The players are frustrated...but it hasn't shown up on the field on game days yet. They are still playing hard for him...he hasn't lost the team...yet. imo
Maybe he does this week, and if the team does NOT play hard for him in these last games....I DO think Fisher will get fired.
